A. Vehicle Insurance Services

  • Sign Up Information: For individuals who inquire about or obtain insurance products from us, we may collect certain personal information in order to prepare quotes, generate policies, and provide you with our insurance Services. The types of information we may collect include name, address, email address, vehicle information and identification numbers, driving record, underlying insurer information, and plate number.

  • Financial Information: For individuals who obtain insurance products through us, we may collect financial and payment information to facilitate payments. This may include payment methods (name, credit card number, CVC), and bank account information. Further, in connection with processing and managing claims, we may collect banking information.

  • Claims Information: For individuals who report claims and use our claims management Services, we may collect information necessary to process your claim and facilitate associated repairs. Mode is based in Canada, and we process and store information in Canada. Your personal information may also be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage third party service providers, or in the jurisdictions where our partners operate.
